Job Description
Concentrix is looking for a full-stack software engineer to join our CCaaS team. Ideally located in Fredericton, New Brunswick, the successful candidate will join a small scrappy team of full-stack developers in delivering and maintaining our modern CCaaS offering.
Ideal candidate will have:
A university or college degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience
A passion for cloud-native software development (AWS, GCP)
Comfortable with front to back-end development, using primarily Javascript-based languages
Familiarity with modern contact centers & CCaaS platforms
Comfortable working at the persistence layer and data handling
Familiarity with CPaaS technologies (Connect, Twilio, etc...)
Familiarity with cloud-native architecture, software design patterns and standard practices of building highly-scalable cloud software
Comfort with GitHub-centric CI/CD (Workflows, Actions)
A great team player, a good communicator and a drive to achieve a high degree of output
